Construction was part of the family long before it became the business.

Peter Casalino Jr. grew up around construction and began learning the work alongside his father from a young age. That early experience shaped a respect for doing the job correctly, using sound judgment, and paying attention to the details people live with every day.

His later work included residential construction supervision, manufacturing operations management, and commercial project experience. Each role strengthened a different part of the process: planning the work, coordinating people and materials, solving problems, and bringing a project across the finish line.
